The Follow button is supposed to appear on the blue Navbar across the top of the screen between the blogger search entry frame and the share button. It doesn't always. However, when I add the gadget to Share by Email (meaning you want to get an automatic email when there's a posting) to the top of the right side links, it suddenly does appear. If I remove the gadget... it then disappears again. It's the blogger software that's at fault there. Their support web site shows several requests for help in this area... none of which have been adequately answered yet.
So go ahead now. you should be able to follow using this button. You enter your email address and click on Submit and it sends you a confirmatory email which you have to respond to for it to be set.
